Virtual Education & Support

Consults for Mom & Baby

45 minute video-call including Occupational Therapy assessment and evaluation for both mom and baby. Targets baby’s development and feeding skills as well as mom’s postpartum and pelvic floor recovery. Educational resources and home exercise programs provided. Referrals may be made for other specialties as needed.

Postpartum Mom Check-Ins

Your recovery matters, too. These virtual sessions focus on you: your mental health, body healing, early core and pelvic floor considerations, and small daily habits that support your well-being. We’ll also screen for postpartum depression and give you tools (and referrals, if needed) to feel your best. If breastfeeding or pumping is getting the best of you, we can chat about that too!

Resources & Home Programs

Want extra support between visits? I offer customized handouts, activity plans, and video demos tailored to your baby’s age and needs. Perfect for parents who like having a game plan to follow at home. These can be found here. Contact me if you’re unsure which resources are best for you.

First-Time Parent Q&A

Feeling overwhelmed by the flood of baby advice? These sessions are your safe space to ask all the “Is this normal?” questions — from feeding, sleeping, and crying to tummy time and head shape. Walk away with peace of mind and practical tips you can use right now.

Developmental Checks

Wondering if your baby’s rolling, reaching, or sitting skills are on track? I’ll assess your baby’s current movements and help you understand what’s typical and what might need extra support — all through video observation and parent coaching. Then you’ll get a clear, easy-to-follow plan for playful activities that encourage the next developmental milestones.

Mentorship for Clinicians

Phone call collaboration to help you learn more about NICU therapy, infant development, parent coaching, maternal health, and postpartum care. Q&A regarding how to get started in the mom-baby business.

New-to-NICU Coaching

If your baby is in the NICU, I help demystify the experience. We’ll cover how to interact with your baby in the isolette, ways to bond even when you can’t hold them, questions to ask your care team, and what milestones to watch for. My goal is to empower you during a time that often feels out of your hands.

Tummy Time Workshops

Tummy time shouldn’t be stressful. In these guided virtual sessions, I’ll show you how to make tummy time easier and more fun — with strategies to minimize fussiness, adjust for reflux or torticollis, and sneak in strengthening through your everyday routines.
