Mom-Baby Wellness

Get support for you and your baby together in one visit - I’ll even come to you! These sessions are tailored to your unique needs — from how you’re healing to how your baby is developing — so you both feel seen, supported, and set up for success. The goal is to make sure both mom and baby are doing well, feel supported, and have all the tools and resources to be successful in the first year post-partum.

Combined Consults

Learn gentle ways to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor after birth, improve posture, and move with more comfort in your daily life. I provide a pelvic floor screen to identify any dysfunction followed by home exercise programs tailored toward the most common concerns women have “down there”. I’ll also help you recognize when specialized pelvic floor therapy might be needed, so nothing gets overlooked.

Pelvic Floor & Postpartum Care

I’ll show you how to use toys and simple home setups to encourage tummy time, rolling, or sensory exploration — helping your baby learn through play without needing fancy gear. I’ll cover recommended toys for proper development, which marketing scams to avoid, and how to maximize your space to spend more time with baby in a productive way.

Home Exercise Programs

Get a simple, realistic plan you can do at home — with movements that help you recover and your baby thrive, all woven into your normal routine so it doesn’t feel like another to-do. I’ll set you up with pelvic floor rehab and general postpartum care for strengthening, stretching, and just returning to feeling like some semblance of you. And let’s not forget about baby - they get a program too! Activities to do with your baby from 0-12 months, so everyone feels like they’re progressing together.

Believe it or not, exclusively pumping is a FULL TIME job. Let’s give it the attention it deserves and make sure you’re wearing the right flange size, maximizing your supply, and protecting your nips! I’ll educate on the foundational skills to make this work in your busy, baby-demanding schedule - and probably throw in a few survivor stories of my own.

Exclusive Pumping

Get hands-on help with latch, positioning, and flow — plus troubleshooting pain, fussiness, or bottle issues. I’ll cover recommended bottles, flow rates for baby’s skill level, positioning to support their independence with feeding, and troubleshooting your concerns. Feeding should feel comfortable and reassuring for you both.

Breast and Bottle Feeding

Your emotional well-being matters. I screen for postpartum depression and anxiety, talk through how you’re coping, and share small strategies or local referrals to help you feel more balanced and cared for. Moms sadly get overlooked when new babies arrive, but not if I have anything to do with it. Let’s start normalizing helping moms heal first, both brain and body.

Mental Health Check-In

From “what’s normal” to when to call the pediatrician, I break down newborn basics, early milestones, and signs your baby’s on track — so you can skip the endless Googling and feel confident. I’ll also give whatever support and resources I can to help you feel like you’re absolutely crushing parenthood - because you are (you just don’t always know it)! Whether you want my mom perspective or therapist perspective, I can be your go-to for all the allegedly “dumb” questions to get you started on all things baby.

New Parent Education

Have a list of questions or worries? We’ll go through them all together. I love helping new parents understand the little things that make a big difference.
