From tummy time to crawling, I break down exactly how to help your baby build strength and coordination. I also check for retained reflexes that can impact movement, feeding, or sleep — and give you fun activities to integrate them naturally at home. Resources provided to understand primitive reflexes, what motor skills we want to highlight for your baby’s age, and video tutorial for activities to do with your baby to advance their motor skills.

I’ll assess how ties might be affecting your baby’s breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or early solids and give helpful tips to support your baby, including giving you necessary referrals with specialists to help make any needed corrections.
